Our Admissions Process
The first step is for funding to be in place. Funding methods and additional information are as follows:
- We accept some private insurance. Please inquire with us by phone, (920) 739-3235 extension 1, or click here to contact us via email, to see if your private insurance is accepted. Visit our insurance page to learn more about our carriers.
- Self-Pay (out of pocket) payment is accepted as well. Please inquire with us by phone, (920) 739-3235 extension 1, or click here to contact us via email for our self-pay rates. Please note, a 30-day payment is due upon admission for self-pay and private insurance. A prorated refund will be given if a client leaves services early or if we receive the money-back from your insurance.
- County/tribal funding is also available. Please contact the Community Program, Social Service, or Health & Human Service Agency for your county of legal residence or tribe. You may use this link to look up various programs in the state of Wisconsin: Click Here to see programs in Wisconsin.
- If you have Medicaid/Badger Care and are approved for residential treatment, this will cover the programming fee cost only (not room & board). Please reach out to your county of residence or tribe for room and board funding. If your county of residence or tribe is unable to fund this portion of treatment for you, we kindly ask for you to pay for the first 30 days of room and board out of pocket. The cost is $87 per day.
Prescreen Call
Once funding is in place, an over-the-phone prescreen with the prospective client will be scheduled to determine if they are a good fit for us and if we are a good fit for them. This will take approximately one hour. If appropriate for our program, an admission date will be scheduled based on our availability.
